Setting up your subscription on a Windows computer — step by step
A computer or laptop gives you the steadiest connection possible — a direct Ethernet cable — and a second screen for the match while you work. On Windows you run the subscription with a desktop player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U, or with a general player such as VLC through an M3U link. This guide covers both.
Before you start
Server URL, username and password (Xtream Codes) or an M3U link — sent after payment. Paste them from our message instead of typing character by character.
An Ethernet cable is best on a computer; on Wi-Fi choose the 5GHz band.
Settings › Windows Update. Updating the graphics driver is also advisable for 4K playback.
The steps
- Way one: a compatible desktop player
Install a player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U on Windows from its official site or the Microsoft Store. Message us and we confirm the player currently available.
- Enter your subscription details
Choose Xtream Codes and enter the server URL, username and password — copy them from our message and paste. Wait for the channels to load, then play one.
- Way two: VLC with an M3U link
Install VLC from its official site, then Media › Open Network Stream, paste the M3U link you received, then Play. The channels appear in the playlist (View › Playlist).
VLC is fine for quick playback; dedicated players give a better channel guide and favourites. - Set the quality and full screen
In the app’s settings choose the highest quality, and use full screen (F or F11 depending on the app). With two screens, drag the window to the second screen before going full screen.
- Test at peak time
Play two different channels in the evening and confirm the picture is steady before relying on the setup.

If you prefer a player from your device’s store instead of our official apps: install one of these players, send us the MAC it shows on first open, and we activate your subscription on it. These are third-party players; their availability depends on your device’s system and your country, and we do not own them nor does our plan include their licences.
From the computer to the TV
An HDMI cable from the laptop to the TV shows the channel on the big screen immediately, and Windows can duplicate or extend the display (Windows key + P).
After the first channel plays
Start in high definition and raise it to 4K once the connection holds — a cable usually carries it.
In dedicated players add your channels to favourites so they are one press away.
Turn on Focus assist while watching so notifications do not interrupt full screen.
Common problems on this device
Make sure the M3U link is pasted in full without spaces and the subscription is active. Try Media › Open Network Stream again.
Close downloads and browsers with many tabs, update the graphics driver, and drop the quality one step for a while.
Drag the window to the second display first, then go full screen, and make sure Windows + P is set to Extend.
